AN EXPLOSION OF FLAVORS
From the beginning our goal was to propose the simplicity and goodness of the tradition of our land offered by local producers. Our suppliers may have famous names, known all over the world, or unknown but emerging, with new proposals or reinterpretations of old recipes, but always respecting the history of our Tuscan cuisine.
